• Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in Polish law.

4. Liability

While Livabell Sp. z o.o. strives to deliver reliable and timely services, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including weather, strikes, or customs procedures.
• Damage or loss resulting from inadequate packaging or incorrect documentation provided by the client.
• Indirect or consequential damages, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Our liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the value of the service provided or the limits established by international logistics regulations.

5. Confidentiality

All client information shared with Livabell Sp. z o.o. will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties unless required by law or necessary for the execution of the service.

6. Customs and Legal Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with customs and legal requirements of the origin, transit, and destination countries. Livabell Sp. z o.o. provides support but does not bear responsibility for fines, penalties, or delays caused by non-compliance.

7. Insurance

Livabell Sp. z o.o. does not automatically provide insurance for shipments. Clients may request additional insurance coverage at their own expense. Without such coverage, all shipments travel at the client’s risk.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government restrictions.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Livabell Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Polish courts, unless otherwise agreed in a separate arbitration clause.
